Meet the Team

Amy – Registered Dental Hygienist

Before earning her certification as a registered dental hygienist from Tallahassee Community College in 2003, Amy worked as a dental assistant for eight years. She graduated third in her class at TCC and held membership with Phi Theta Kappa. Amy provides high quality periodontal care with a focus on individualized treatment planning and patient education. She appreciates the teamwork in our office and loves seeing her patients get excited about oral health.

At home, Amy and her husband, Phillip, have three children: Ryan, Erica, and baby Ellis. In her free time, Amy enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.

Monica – Certified Dental Assistant/Technician

For 16 years, Monica has made dental patients smile! She loves being a part of our team, caring for our wonderful patients, and knowing that her job is to make people feel good. Monica earned a certificate in implant lab fabrication from Nobel Biocare, as well as certification in pressed ceramics, tooth anatomy, morphology, custom staining, and shade selection. She is past president of the Ohio Dental Lab Association, a position she held for two years.

In her free time, Monica enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Benjamin, and their son, Benjamin Jr., and daughter, Mina Lynne. Yoga and martial arts keep Monica fit, and she earned her black belt in 1997.

Jaime – Dental Assistant

Jaime brings to our practice a sweet and calming chairside manner that will make you feel relaxed during your dental visits. She graduated from Dental Careers Inc. in March of 2010 and looks forward to developing long-term relationships with our clients. Jaime prioritizes patient comfort and has excellent skills as an assistant to Dr. Clemans.

On the weekends, Jaime likes to play golf with her husband, travel, and spend time with her children. She believes shopping is a sport, and her husband thinks she has mastered it.

Nicole – Front Office Administrator

Originally from the Atlanta area, Nicole relocated to the area when she became engaged. She thoroughly enjoys being part of our team and appreciates the soothing, clinically precise dental care we provide to each of our patients. Nicole fell in love with the dental field because every day, she has a new experience helping improve patients’ lives.

After hours, she enjoys BBQs, ski trips, and going to the beach. Her passion is music, though. She attends concerts all over the country and performs with a band. She and her fiancé will be married in October 2010, and they are the proud parents of a miniature longhaired dachshund named Chance.
