Sedation Makes Fears Disappear
This patient came in having almost completely knocked a front
tooth out. She was very emotional and too upset to be examined
that day. Dr. Clemans spent time talking to the patient and calming
her fears. We knew this patient would have to be sedated before
we could even examine her. Her smile enhancements consisted of
four visits. Feeling comfortable with us, she was able to go without
sedation for her last treatment visit! She laughed the whole time
and said she could not believe how much we truly cared for her
and listened to her needs. This made it possible for her to complete
her dental treatment for the first time in her life.
